The former president's Granddaughter Receives Professional Advice from Tiger Woods Before Professional Golf First Appearance

Young golfer getting ready for significant competition

This young athlete maintains substantial online audience

Kai Trump can count on multiple well-known supporters when she makes her first LPGA appearance this Thursday.

The 18-year-old athlete, who is the granddaughter of Donald Trump, received a sponsor's invitation to compete at the Annika tournament in Florida.

Her grandfather, someone who loves golf, owns multiple international courses and regularly plays against his granddaughter.

"He's fairly competent. I can't say much but we have some close matches," she stated.

Kai explained that her grandfather, who cannot attend, told her: "Simply avoid anxiety."

"He practically advised me to go out there and relax," she explained.

"To me, he's simply a regular grandfather. He's not attending this weekend. He's busy with running the country, so he's quite busy."

Being non-professional, the golfer has participated in a mere three competitions recently and has position 461 in AJGA standings.

However she can get advice from golf legend, who is dating Vanessa.

"He is the top athlete globally," Kai expressed.

"Additionally, he's a more impressive person. He advised me to compete, enjoy myself, and go with whatever happens."

She'll challenge several the biggest names in women's golf at this tournament, including world number two Nelly Korda, England's golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion Lilia Vu.

Tournament organizers mentioned that her participation exposes the sport to new audiences, particularly reaching the next generation.

Kai boasts substantial online presence and has started her own clothing and lifestyle company.

She begins at late afternoon GMT.
